To add posts in this section you have to go to Blog → Add new.
Additionally, there are some options for blog posts in the theme panel.
Posts per page: Set the number of posts to display per page in the “blog” area
Breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs that appear above the post title
Post meta: Additional information about the post such as the post date, user who created the post, and comments. You can enable or disable this.
