Returns or Exchanges
The products offered on ThemesPixel.net are digital goods (WordPress themes and plugins) delivered via electronic download. Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, as access implies delivery of the digital item and its immediate use.
When can a return or exchange be requested?
You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
- If the purchased product has not been downloaded yet.
- If the delivered file is damaged or does not match the purchased product.
- If there are technical issues that completely prevent the use of the product and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Procedure for requesting a return or exchange
You must contact us at admin@themespixel.net within 7 calendar days of your purchase, providing your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant evidence to help us evaluate the issue. We will review the download history and respond to your request within a maximum of 5 business days.
Once the file has been downloaded, returns or refunds will not be accepted, in accordance with the applicable regulations for digital goods and the informed consent given by the customer prior to downloading.
