Once the Appyn theme is downloaded, we will proceed to unzip the files. Inside the demo.zip file is the appyn.wordpress.content.xml file.
Let’s go to Tools → Import. In the WordPress part we click on “Run importer”. If the import plugin is not installed yet, the “Install Now” link will appear, so we click to install in that case.
Now we click on Choose File and we will select the appyn.wordpress.content.xml file. We proceed to click on the “Upload file and import” button.
In the next part, we must select which user will be assigned all the imported posts. You can choose an already created user as the administrator or also create a new one in the empty field. Activate the box “Download and import file attchments” and finish by clicking on the “Submit” button.
Finally we wait for all the posts and images to be imported.
