The terms and conditions that apply when buying a ThemesPixel theme.
Please read the information and make sure you agree to our terms before making your purchase.
General use
By acquiring any of our themes you are entitled to unlimited use on websites of your authorship. ThemesPixel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of license at any time.
Warranty
Our themes work correctly on the WordPress platform. We do not guarantee any compatibility with plugins/extensions of third parties, unless it is specified on the sales page.
Compatibility
Our WordPress themes are compatible with the latest versions of the platform, so there should be no problems in this case. Likewise, they are viewed correctly in the latest versions of the most used browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and IE. We can not guarantee its correct functioning in environments other than those mentioned.
Support
We offer online support for ONE YEAR for any premium theme purchased on our site. The support has priority over errors that may affect the proper functioning of the theme. The support does not include theme editions or answers to questions regarding third-party plugins and / or themes. If you have an expired license and you use a theme/plugin in a version released after your license expired (i.e. you acquired it through other means) you will not be supported.
Download the product
After the corresponding payment for the selected product will be redirected to the download page where you can download the theme/plugin.
Important: All ThemesPixel.net, including themes and plugins, are in Spanish, so we use online translators to translate into other languages. So if you have any problem with the translation that was done, you can contact us to edit the text you want.
Share or resell themes and plugins
Free sharing or reselling of themes or plugins available on ThemesPixel is prohibited. If we discover this violation, your customer account will be suspended indefinitely. You will not be able to enter our panel and make use of all its functions.
Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend any customer account if we detect abuse of the themes and/or plugins functions.
Returns and Exchanges
The products offered on ThemesPixel.net are digital goods (WordPress themes and plugins) delivered via electronic download. Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded, as access implies delivery of the digital item and its immediate use.
When can a return or exchange be requested?
You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
- If the purchased product has not been downloaded yet.
- If the delivered file is damaged or does not match the purchased product.
- If there are technical issues that completely prevent the use of the product and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Procedure for requesting a return or exchange
You must contact us at admin@themespixel.net within 7 calendar days of your purchase, providing your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant evidence to help us evaluate the issue. We will review the download history and respond to your request within a maximum of 5 business days.
Once the file has been downloaded, returns or refunds will not be accepted, in accordance with the applicable regulations for digital goods and the informed consent given by the customer prior to downloading.
Changes to our terms and conditions
You can review the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website to see if there are changes. Your continued use or access to our website after the publication of any modification of our Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes.
