Once the Movyn theme is downloaded, we will proceed to unzip the files. Inside file demo.zip is the movyn.wordpress.content.xml file.
Let’s go to Tools → Import. In the WordPress part we click on “Run the importer”. If the import plugin is not already installed, the “Install Now” link will appear, so we click install in that case.
Now we click on Choose file and we will select the file movyn.wordpress.content.xml. We proceed to click on the “Upload file and import” button
In the next part, we need to select which user will be assigned all the imported posts to. You can choose an already created user as the administrator or also create a new one in the empty field. We activate the box “Download and import attachments” and finish by clicking on the “Send” button.
Finally, we wait for all posts and images to be imported.
